Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your pin code.

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.

You can track your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s tracking portal.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

In case a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping charges.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Return

    We accept returns/replacements only if:
  • The product received is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Non-Returnable Products
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
  • Used or opened products
  • Personal care items without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at [your email/phone] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a short description.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back.
  • After inspection, we will process a replacement or refund as per your preference.

3. Refund Policy
Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer choice.

Refund Timeline

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank account/UPI wallet again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (they may take time to post the refund).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return Policy.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
